PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We aim to bring you the best service.  Crave Fashion Haus ships not only ships from Minnesota and California located in the United States but we also ship from Canada with certain products. With that being said, processing times can range from 2 business days to 7 business days depending on the product, weather conditions, and shipping carrier. Please be sure to watch for tracking via email.

If you have any questions about the processing of your order prior to order tracking showing shipped, please contact us at support@cravefashionhaus.com

Once your order has shipped, please check in with the courier listed on your tracking for your order status.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returning an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition with tag attached to be returned. You must return the item within 15 days of reported delivery. 

 

1. Please email info to support@cravefashionhaus.com to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Mail your returned item to:

     Crave Fashion Haus

     Brooklyn Park, MN 55444 

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

 

Please Note: Request for an exchange, refund, or store credit could be delayed or canceled if all information above were not provided. Returns do not include shipping and handling charges. 

Cancellation will include shipping and handling charges if done within 48 hours of order charges being processed.

 

Return Exceptions

 

Accessories items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Bodysuits, lingerie or any undergarments will not be accepted for a be return or exchange.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Terms of Sale

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  IF ON SALE AT TIME OF PURCHASE, IT WILL NOT BE SUBJECT FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
